Ordered a pair of shoes on October 12, 2021 and they arrived on November 2 – so exactly 3 weeks shipping to me in NZ. I’m happy with my purchase, the shoes are genuine, they come in genuine packaging and barcodes match both the inside of the shoe and the box. Only 4 stars because once you choose your size on the website the price really goes up. I was also turned off buying multiple pairs as I had to pay shipping for each individual pair which was already expensive and they only had 1 shipping option available. We should be able to buy multiple pairs of shoes per 1 order and payment 1 shipping fee. Would also be really helpful if we could choose the currency on the website as it differs a huge difference between countries.

Placed order over 2 weeks ago. Order hasn’t even shipped yet. Sent 3 emails for status and no response. They had no problem taking the money though. Bank is getting a call first thing to dispute the charge. I will never call order from them again and will not recommend them to anyone. So unprofessional.
