RETURN and REFUND

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

If your product is damaged or defected, please kindly email us with the subject line “Return: Damage or Defected item with your order #” along with a photograph so we can immediately look into sending you a new one.

The return policy will only apply to damaged items or products that have any manufacturing problems. We will not make any refunds or changes once the product has been successfully delivered in normal condition.

We do not refund shipping cost. Return shipping is to be paid by the customer.

CANCELLATION

1) Out of stock

Sometimes our affiliated factories report that your order is temporarily out of stock, and we will notify you. You will then decide to exchange for another product or get a full refund.

In the event that we do not receive your response, your order will be kept for 30 days, then the system will automatically cancel and refund you.

2) You change your mind and want to cancel the order

You can request to cancel your order on the same day you placed your order. Please email your order cancellation request to support@kicksice.com.

If the order has not been sent, we can help you cancel your order. However, please note that we charge a 10% restocking fee for each canceled order. On the contrary, if the order has been shipped, we cannot cancel it. (In case there is no tracking number but the goods are being processed at the shipping center is also counted as sent).

SHIPPING

To return your order, you should ship it to our warehouse

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
